At Creatively Chaotic Luxury Boutique, authenticity is our highest priority. Every item we offer is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed for sale. We utilize industry-recognized authentication methods and, when appropriate, trusted third-party authentication services to ensure every item is 100% authentic.

If an item includes original accessories such as a dust bag, box, authenticity card, receipt, keys, straps, or original packaging, those items will always be noted in the product description.

Our Authentication Process

Every item offered by Creatively Chaotic Luxury Boutique undergoes a rigorous authentication review before being listed for sale. The documentation and verification available for each item may vary depending on how it was originally purchased and retained by its owner.

Brand New Purchases

When an item was purchased new from an authorized boutique or retailer and the original documentation has been retained, the listing will indicate whether it includes:

* Original receipt
* Original tags
* Authenticity card (when issued by the brand)
* Original packaging, dust bag, box, or other accessories

Pre-Owned Items

Many luxury brands do not issue authenticity cards or certificates. In these cases, authenticity is established through our review process using construction, materials, hardware, serial numbers, date codes, craftsmanship, provenance, and other brand-specific characteristics.

Digital Authentication

When applicable, a digital authentication certificate accompanies the item or is available upon request. The availability of a certificate is determined by the authentication method used for that specific item.
